Reasons to Attend CLOCS Progress Event 2017

The sixth Construction Logistics and Community Safety (CLOCS) exhibition takes place at the ExCel Centre London on Tuesday 14th March.

The exhibition will showcase the latest vehicles from leading manufacturers designed with improved direct vision suitable for use in the urban environment, advice and demonstrations focused on CLOCS compliance checks and opportunities to view some of the latest safety products and services on offer.

Now in its fourth year, the event was borne out of the CLOCS road safety initiative created by Transport for London in 2012, and is now one of the leading showcase events for urban vehicle safety. As such, we’ve put together a number of reasons why you can’t afford to miss this fantastic event.

Free to Attend

The CLOCS Progress Event is free-to-attend. There are a limited number of tickets still available which you can register for here so don’t miss out.

Operators from every sector of the industry

The event will see exhibitors from all corners of the transport industry in attendance, as well as hundreds of delegates from companies and organisations such as Scania, FORS among many others. A full list of exhibitors can be found here.

Operators interested in meeting the requirements of FORS silver or gold, or the CLOCS Standard, will have the opportunity to join guided tours and speak directly with the vehicle manufacturers, relevant equipment and service suppliers and with representatives from both CLOCS and FORS.

Latest safety technology on display

The CLOCS Progress Event will include the latest vehicles from leading manufacturers designed with improved direct vision suitable for use in the urban environment, advice and demonstrations focussed on CLOCS compliance checks and opportunities to view some of the latest safety products and services on offer.

Talks from a number of key industry speakers

Running in parallel to the exhibition, the conference will feature a selection of key industry speakers covering a broad range of topics relating to the industry. Transport for London Commissioner Mike Brown will officially open the event and many other great speakers are lined up to debate the issues of today.
